As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Martz will serve as Good360’s senior legal advisor, overseeing all legal, governance, compliance, and risk management functions. She will support the organization’s strategic growth while ensuring strong operational integrity across its global work.

Martz brings more than 20 years of legal and policy experience spanning the nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at the National Retail Federation (NRF), where she led legal, human resources, and technology functions and advised both NRF’s 501(c)(4) trade association and 501(c)(3) foundation. Her responsibilities included board governance, regulatory compliance, employment and contract matters, data privacy and security, tax-exempt and investment issues, and federal litigation and amicus strategy. She also played a key role in member education on legal risk, ESG, and supply chain compliance.

Previously, Martz was a Partner at Monument Policy Group and served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Counsel in the Office of the White House Counsel, overseeing ethics and compliance for the Office of the President and advising on technology and criminal justice policy. Earlier in her career, she was Chief Counsel to U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer, leading legislative strategy on Judiciary Committee matters, privacy, antitrust, cybersecurity, and comprehensive immigration reform. Her background also includes senior roles at leading law firms, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center, and judicial clerkships on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

“Good360’s mission sits at the intersection of purpose, partnership, and impact,” said Martz. “I am honored to join the organization and look forward to supporting its work as it continues to expand its reach and effectiveness.”

Ben Barras, Chief Resource Development Officer

As Chief Resource Development Officer, Barras will lead Good360’s global resource development strategy, overseeing corporate partnerships, philanthropic business development, and revenue growth across product and cash donations. He will play a central role in strengthening and expanding Good360’s corporate engagement and individual donors model to maximize social and environmental impact.

Barras brings more than three decades of leadership experience across corporate philanthropy, retail, consumer goods, supply chain operations, and technology. Most recently, he served as National Director of Corporate Engagement at World Vision, where he led a national team that delivered more than $43 million in year-over-year growth, increased corporate donor participation across all major tiers, and achieved a 97 percent yield-to-ministry ratio through operational efficiencies and improved systems.

Previously, Barras held senior leadership roles at SAS Institute, where he led global partner programs and product strategy for advanced supply chain analytics, and at Bluestem Brands, where he helped grow a startup into a $2 billion enterprise over a decade. His career also includes executive roles at Wilsons Leather and nearly 20 years at Sara Lee and Hanesbrands, where he led merchandising, supply chain, pricing, and operational transformations across global brands and channels.

“Good360 sits in a unique position to bring together corporate partners and nonprofit organizations in ways that create real, measurable impact,” said Barras. “I’m excited to join the team and help scale solutions that drive both business value and social good.”

The appointments of Martz and Barras underscore Good360’s continued investment in executive leadership to support innovation, accountability, and long-term mission growth as the organization expands its partnerships and global footprint.
