DISASTER RESPONSE & RECOVERY

Helping Communities Build Resilience after Disaster

We help communities prepare for disasters, respond in moments of crisis, and access the essential goods they need to rebuild for the long term.

At Good360, we connect donated goods across five key Focus Areas: Disaster Response & Recovery, Play & Recreation, Health & Hygiene, Home & Essential Goods, and Education & STEAM.

2025 Disaster Response Impact

Disaster Response & Recovery in Action

In 2025, Good360 worked alongside nonprofit partners and corporate donors to deliver critical goods to communities facing disaster and disruption. From rapid response to long-term recovery, these efforts helped strengthen resilience and restore stability for thousands of families across the country.

The Challenge: Disasters Are Increasing

Natural disasters are becoming more frequent and severe, leaving families and communities without the resources they need to recover. Too often, help arrives too late, or not at all, because supplies are not pre-positioned or accessible when crises occur.

Nonprofits responding to disasters often struggle to secure sufficient products and funding to meet urgent needs, while corporations may have surplus goods that could be strategically deployed to support recovery.

Good360 helps nonprofits access pre-positioned supplies and other essential goods to respond quickly to disasters and support long-term recovery. By partnering with corporations, we ensure that donations are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and to communities that need them most.

The Facts

43% of Americans lack the savings to recover from disaster.

Four in ten small businesses never reopen after a disaster.

Preparedness matters: For every $1 invested in disaster readiness, $13 is saved in recovery costs.

Southern California Wildfires: Supporting First Responder Families
Good360 partnered with Amazon and the First Responders Children’s Foundation to support families affected by the Southern California wildfires. Through donated household goods, clothing, and toys, first responder families received much-needed relief and stability as they began the long road to recovery.
Slide 2
Carolina Mountain Strong: Coming Together in Recovery
One year after Hurricane Helene swept through Western North Carolina, hundreds of community members came together in Burnsville for the Carolina Mountain Strong event. Good360 was honored to support local organizations, including Rebuilding Hollers and Mercy Chefs, helping provide household items, hygiene products, and small appliances to more than 1,500 residents and 500 first responders. Through this collaborative effort, families still rebuilding after the storm received both essential resources and recognition for their resilience.
