From the CEO: Meeting the Moment Together in 2026

As we step into 2026, I want to reflect on the moment we’re in—both the challenges before us and the collective power we have to respond. This month also marks one year since I stepped into the role of CEO, and I’m deeply grateful to lead this organization at a time when our work is urgently needed.

Across the United States, communities are under growing pressure. Last year, 43% of households were unable to meet the minimum cost of living, forcing families to make impossible choices between food, housing, healthcare, and other essentials. At the same time, extreme events are becoming more frequent, longer lasting, and more severe, disrupting lives and livelihoods. As a result, nonprofits are being asked to do more than ever, often with fewer resources and greater uncertainty.

At Good360, we believe there is more than enough to go around. That’s why we work to redirect donated goods to where they can have the greatest impact.

Over the past year, I’ve seen that mission come to life firsthand. I’ve watched our team respond quickly and thoughtfully to the Los Angeles wildfires, flooding in Central Texas, Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica, and many other emergencies. Less than 60 days into my role, I traveled to Los Angeles and met with families navigating loss, displacement, and deep uncertainty. It was a powerful reminder that the goods we deliver are far more than material items—they represent a repaired roof, a hospital keeping the lights on, or a parent replacing clothing and hygiene products so they can return to work after unimaginable loss. Together, we deliver more than goods—we deliver dignity and hope.

Looking ahead, I am confident in our team and partners and deeply committed to the communities we support. I set an audacious goal for our team: support over 200 million people over the next three years. As communities continue to experience disaster and hardship, Good360 is uniquely positioned to respond quickly and efficiently. To do this, we will continue optimizing our supply chain, strengthening relationships with corporate partners to source the products and resources communities need, and building a community of like-minded supporters—like you—who share this commitment.

The challenges ahead are real, but so is our resolve. Together, we will continue to adapt, innovate, and respond with compassion, speed, and purpose—meeting communities where they are and helping them move forward with resilience and hope.

Thank you for standing with us and for being part of this work. As we move into 2026, we do so with clarity, confidence, and a shared commitment to making essentials accessible to all.

With gratitude,

Cinira Baldi
