Key Benefits for Your Nonprofit

We work directly with brands like Amazon, Walmart, Lowe’s, and Nike to deliver excess goods to nonprofits like yours. While not necessarily brand new, these items are sourced with care.

  • Save up to 95% off retail prices on essential goods
  • Support dignity by offering quality items to the people you serve
  • Reduce waste by giving excess goods a second life
  • Scale responsibly by accessing product that aligns with your mission and capacity

Program Options

Good360 offers several programs, each with its own purpose, requirements, and scale. Membership is not automatic; organizations must meet eligibility criteria and be approved to participate.

  • Cartons – Small packages shipped directly to your organization, ideal for basic program needs and limited space
  • Pallets – Bulk goods on pallets, suited for organizations with receiving and storage capabilities
  • Retail Match – Ongoing, local pickups from participating retail stores; requires consistent staff availability and tracking
  • Truckloads – Full shipments for nonprofits with warehouse infrastructure, logistics planning, and unloading equipment
  • Disaster Response & Recovery – Time-sensitive support for nonprofits actively responding to disaster events; requires a clear mission related to disaster relief and the ability to receive and distribute product efficiently
  • Redistribution – For organizations that serve as intermediaries, distributing in-kind goods to other community partners

Good360 works with hundreds of national and regional retail partners, making it possible to deliver product where it’s needed most, whether through local pickups or large-scale shipments.

What Membership Involves

Approved nonprofits must maintain certain standards to stay in good standing with the IRS and with Good360. This includes:

  • Maintaining accurate distribution records – You are required to keep detailed records of all donated goods, including recipient details and dates of distribution. These may be requested for audit purposes.
  • Proper product storage – Donations must be stored in a clean, secure, and weather-appropriate environment.
  • Timely and responsible use of donations – Products should be distributed in a timely fashion to support your programs and should never be resold, exchanged, or bartered.

How It Works

  • Complete our online application
  • Get approved – usually within a few business days, based on eligibility
  • Gain access to our online marketplace – browse and source hundreds of donated products, paying a reasonable admin fee when you place an order

There are no hidden costs, and participation is limited to qualified, approved organizations.

Our Donation Channels

When it comes to logistics, we’ve got you covered. In 2023 alone, Good360 delivered more than 15,000 truckloads of goods to people in need. We offer several customized solutions to our nonprofits based on 40 years of listening to our partners.

We’ve learned there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to getting your goods from point A to point B. That’s why every delivery is considered on an individual basis.
