Nike Products Are Empowering Communities Through Good360

Giving Children Hope, a nonprofit in Buena Park, California, supports housing-unstable families by providing essentials and fostering pathways to self-sufficiency. Their recent partnership with the Retired NBA Players Association created an exciting opportunity for local youth in the L.A. Police Explorer Program. To kick off the Police Activities League this year, Giving Children Hope hosted a basketball camp where retired NBA players taught dribbling, passing, and teamwork.

At the end of the camp, each of the 80 participants received a brand-new pair of Nike shoes, donated through Good360. The excitement was palpable as kids swapped their old, worn-out shoes for high-quality sneakers, with some tossing their previous pairs straight into the trash. This incredible moment was made possible thanks to Nike’s generosity, giving these young athletes the confidence to step boldly into their next chapter.
