Throughout their career, Mandy has developed a deep expertise in navigating diverse, multi-regional teams, driving HR strategies that prioritize employee well-being, engagement, and growth.

Mandy is a passionate humanitarian who is thrilled to join Good360 and contribute to their mission of “Helping close the need gap to open opportunity for all.” She is eager to help build a strong HR infrastructure that not only supports employees but also fosters the growth and success of the organization.

Before joining Good360, Mandy spent over 18 years at a global non-profit, where she played a key role in expanding the HR function from a team of four to 11 members, supporting over 1,000 employees worldwide. Recognizing that employees are an organization’s most valuable asset, Mandy is committed to advocating for their needs while balancing the priorities of the organization.

Mandy holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from George Mason University and has completed numerous leadership and management courses throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and adventures with her husband and two sons.
