Kniffen W. Kelly is Chief Operating Officer of Good360. In this role, Kniffen plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s operational capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to driving social impact.
Kelly is a versatile and innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain optimization, business intelligence, and cross-functional leadership. She is passionate about transformational business process re-engineering, strategic planning, and talent development – and leverages her expertise to drive lasting positive change.
Kniffen began her career in manufacturing and software development roles that provided experience in application development, transportation planning, and process optimization. This led to a sixteen-year career at UPS where Kniffen held positions of increasing responsibility leading to the Vice President of Enterprise Network Planning. In 2015 Kniffen joined Amazon as part of the startup team to build residential delivery capability which has become Amazon Logistics.
In 2019, founded Shebang LLC a logistics advisory firm offering transportation network re-engineering, process improvement, and operational performance management. One of her first clients was Good360.
Kniffen holds both a Bachelor’s and master’s in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She also serves on Industry Advisory Boards for Georgia Tech School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, and for the Georgia Center of Innovation in Logistics. Her diverse background in both operational and strategic roles has positioned her as a leader capable of driving growth and innovation across various industries.
