Jason MacFarlane serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Logistics at Good360, overseeing the supply chain of the organization’s donation operations. In this role, he leads field teams in Omaha, NE, and Maysville, KY, as well as the HQ team responsible for supply chain donation processing and the support of our nonprofit partner’s donation experience.

As a strategic advisor, he plays a key role in cross-functional decision-making, integrating supply chain management with donation logistics to maximize impact for Good360’s extensive network of nonprofit partners.

With a strong background in retail management both domestically and internationally, Jason has led Sales, Service, and Operations teams with a deep commitment to people-first approaches. At Good360, he brings this same passion for service, ensuring that donations flow strategically through the network to help nonprofits fulfill their missions and close the need gap.

Jason holds degrees in Sociology and Philosophy from Rice University and previously studied in the UK, enriching his global perspective. He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.
