Carrie Conway is a mission-driven, entrepreneurial leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and scaling global programs, driving sustainable business growth, and managing complex international operations. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in over 35 countries, consistently delivering solutions that meet community needs and advance organizational goals. As Senior Vice President of Impact Programs at Good360, Carrie is responsible for shaping, driving, and scaling the organization’s programmatic strategy while ensuring alignment with Good360’s goals and donor priorities. 

Prior to joining Good360, Carrie served as Vice President of Technical Assistance, Evaluation, and Overseas Programs at EnCompass, a women-owned global development firm. There, she led a team of more than 120 employees across the U.S. and nine countries, delivering locally led, data-informed solutions to meet both client and community needs. During her tenure, the team achieved 5x annual revenue growth, secured $150 million in new contracts, and expanded operations into seven new countries.

Previously, Carrie was Managing Director of the Project Delivery Unit at Resonance Global, where she oversaw a broad portfolio of government and private sector initiatives focused on creating opportunities and driving systems change through cross-sector collaboration.

Carrie’s technical expertise spans disaster relief, conflict mitigation, governance, youth development, education, and women’s economic empowerment. She began her career at Oxfam America and spent nearly seven years living and working in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, and Sudan in technical and leadership roles.

Carrie is passionate about amplifying results through partnerships and pursuing strategic opportunities for program growth. She holds an M.A. in International Development from Clark University and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Vermont. She is based in Virginia.
