Alison Teres brings over 20 years of strategic marketing leadership to her role as Chief Marketing & Fundraising Officer at Good360, with deep expertise in driving transformation and growth for both nonprofit organizations and Fortune 500 companies through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that prioritize authentic storytelling and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
Most recently, as Vice President of Client Strategy at Moore, Alison led omnichannel marketing and fundraising plans for national nonprofit clients that drove over $70 million in annual revenue. She spearheaded transformation by prioritizing integrated, behavior-based audience journeys, which enhanced donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
During her tenure as Executive Director of Consumer Marketing & Fundraising at the American Red Cross, Alison led end-to-end digital and direct response fundraising strategies at scale on behalf of the Red Cross nationwide chapter network, raising hundreds of millions of dollars in humanitarian relief. Her innovative approach included launching the Mission Red charity streaming brand, establishing the organization’s first livestream tournament, and implementing rewarding partnerships with major corporations, including Amazon, MasterCard, NFL, PayPal, and Microsoft.
Alison’s corporate experience at American Express, where she spent over a decade, provided her with invaluable B2B and B2C marketing expertise in a multi-layered stakeholder environment. She drove double-digit revenue growth through strategic partnerships, managed destination marketing campaigns across Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico, and published the award-winning Escape Magazine, which reached 500,000 high-value card members.
A recognized thought leader in the nonprofit sector, Alison serves as an Advisory Board Member for MatchNice, a social donation matching platform, and is an active member of The Nonprofit Alliance’s Membership and Conference Committee. She regularly speaks at industry conferences and contributes as a published subject matter expert on marketing strategy and donor engagement.
