The StoreHouse is a nonprofit organization and Good360 Redistribution Partner (RP) whose vision is to connect at-risk populations with resources in Western Michigan through their network of nonprofits, businesses, and schools. As a Good360 RP, the StoreHouse receives brand-new items for its large warehouse, where they are distributed to people in need.

A recent donation of hundreds of toys and games from Good360 partner Toys for Tots, a year-round force for good, was distributed to a local nonprofit, Girls Growing 2 Women, Inc. (GG2W). The organization works in the greater Grand Rapids area to help provide the building blocks for empowering and educating young women. They form a positive, tightly-knit knit supportive sisterhood that encourages participants over their high-school years to think independently and become leaders in their community through regular meetings and special activities that include guest speakers, summer camps, community engagement, and special outings.

GG2W partnered with The Storehouse, Toys for Tots, and Good360 for a distribution event that took place on May 4, 2024, and it was an overwhelming success. 129 children in need each received three brand-new toys!

“We were able to get all of our members involved as we gave back to the community. Our young women expressed the warmth they felt seeing the smiles on the faces of the youth as they walked away with new toys,” said Latacha Robertson-Crump of GG2W. “Parents also gave feedback that they enjoyed the wide selection of toys their children got to choose from. We at GG2W love to give back to the community and we thank you for allowing us to partner with you!”
