New Partnership Will Support Industry-Wide Efforts to Drive Innovation and Divert Materials from Landfills

Alexandria, VA, September X, 2024 – Good360, the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, to support its ongoing sustainability initiatives. This collaboration will play a vital role in advancing INDA’s Sustainability Theme, which launched earlier this year to galvanize the industry’s efforts in driving meaningful environmental progress. As part of the integrated partnership, Good360 will provide opportunities to INDA through webinars, access to Good360 program managers, and a presence at the Hygienix™ conference November 18-21 in Nashville, TN.

INDA’s partnership with Good360 represents a key step in helping its members achieve their sustainability goals. Through Good360’s established network of nonprofit partners, INDA members will have the opportunity to donate surplus products and materials to communities in need, reducing waste and enhancing their contributions to environmental stewardship. This initiative encourages INDA members to integrate sustainable practices into their operations, creating a model for responsible corporate behavior.

“Partnering with Good360 is an important milestone for INDA and the entire nonwovens industry,” said Jessica Franken, INDA’s Sustainability Consultant. “It demonstrates our collective commitment to not only reducing waste but also fulfilling their sustainability promise. Together, we are paving the way for a more environmentally conscious future, while supporting the communities that need it most.”

INDA’s Sustainability Theme centers around three fundamental pillars of sustainability: Responsible Sourcing,  Innovations in Sustainability, and End-of-Life Solutions. The partnership between Good360 and INDA directly contributes to these pillars, particularly in the area of Innovations in Sustainability, which focuses on groundbreaking advancements in sustainable practices, materials, and collaborations across the value chain

“INDA’s Sustainability Theme is a powerful platform for driving transformative change in the nonwovens industry, and we are thrilled to support their efforts,” said Good360’s Chief Development Officer, Alison DeCoursey. “By working together, we can create significant environmental and social impact, supporting companies in finding innovative ways to donate products and materials that would otherwise go to waste. This partnership not only aligns with Good360’s mission of closing the need gap but also advances the nonwovens industry’s commitment to a more sustainable future.”
