Robeson County Disaster Recovery Committee

The Robeson County Disaster Recovery Committee (RCDRC) is a Good360 nonprofit partner that coordinates services to individuals and families impacted by any natural or man-made disaster in the county.

Thanks to a donation provided by Good360 corporate partner AmerisourceBergen, the RCDRC provided more than 100 families with products such as glucose monitors, soap, aspirin, toothbrushes, lotion, and more. Households that received these items reduced out-of-pocket costs and reallocated their funds for essentials like utilities, rent, food, and gas for their families. Cassandra Campbell, Executive Director for the RCDRC, explains how the goods were used by her community.

“Donation recipients from our outreach picked up toiletries and other goods to encourage self-care as they begin to rebuild their lives,” said Cassandra. “Thanks to AmerisourceBergen and Good360, we empowered our clients in a special way.”

Because of AmerisourceBergen’s dedication to building partnerships and operations that benefit society and the environment, the people of Robeson County can start focusing on starting fresh after the devastation of significant weather events.
