As President of UPS Supply Chain Solutions, StephanStephanie is a retired senior executive of UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where she most recently served as President, overseeing UPS Global Logistics and Distribution, Global Freight Forwarding, and Mail Innovations. She concluded a distinguished career after 36 years with UPS in January 2026.

Over a career spanning more than three decades, Stephanie progressed from a frontline operations role to senior executive leadership, holding key positions across domestic and international operations. Her roles included Package Division Manager, Package Operations Manager for the South California District, District Package Operations Manager for the U.K., Ireland, and Nordics, President of the Northern Plains District, and President of the Canada District. In these roles, she led large, complex organizations and consistently delivered strong revenue, profit, and margin performance.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in economics from San Diego State University and an MBA in finance from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She completed executive education programs at Emory University and INSEAD. She is recognized for her commitment to leadership development, diversity, and inclusion, and served as an executive sponsor and advocate for multiple employee resource groups throughout her career.
