Stacye Baker is a dynamic executive with deep expertise in retail strategy, merchandising, and operations.  She is the Vice President, Chief of Staff – Growth Strategy and Operations at Shipt, an independent subsidiary of Target. Stacye is a transformational leader with a proven track record of leading large-scale teams to drive profitable growth, optimize operations, and accelerate speed to market.

Prior to joining Shipt, Stacye held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in merchandising and operations at The Home Depot. She effectively managed the P&L of $1B+ businesses and improved operational efficiency by developing labor strategies, launching new strategic initiatives, and implementing technology solutions for over 25,000 in-store associates. Stacye began her professional career on Wall Street at Credit Suisse, where she held roles in investment banking and asset management.

Stacye earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As a champion of purpose-driven leadership, Stacye is also an active member of the Links, Incorporated, a non-profit volunteer service organization committed to strengthening and enriching African American communities.
