Cinira Baldi is Chief Executive Officer of Good360, where she is responsible for advancing the mission by providing oversight to the organization’s internal and external operations, strategic planning, fundraising, and marketing.

Baldi is an accomplished, transformative leader with a diverse career spanning more than two decades in international development, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Development & Communications Officer at Project HOPE, where she gained board approval from the board of directors to spearhead a four-year capacity-building initiative to rebuild the brand and expand fundraising, amplifying the organization’s impact worldwide.

She previously led Mercy Corps’ Mass Markets team, generating over 67% of the agency’s unrestricted revenue through innovative marketing and digital strategies. Her early career at Qwest Communications included leading the marketing and sales team to launch Qwest’s first-ever retail channel with over 100 store locations—an achievement that set a strong foundation for her expertise in operations, market strategy, and audience engagement.
