Cinira Baldi is a transformative leader with more than two decades of experience spanning nonprofit impact, humanitarian relief, and corporate strategy. As Chief Executive Officer of Good360, she is responsible for driving the organization’s mission to close the need gap by overseeing strategic planning, operational excellence, fundraising, and marketing.
Cinira brings a proven track record of restructuring and re-launching brands, teams, and initiatives to maximize impact. Before joining Good360, she served as Chief Development & Communications Officer at Project HOPE, one of the longest-standing global health and humanitarian organizations. There, she secured board approval for a $15 million, four-year capacity-building initiative to expand fundraising and strengthen the organization’s global reach.
Prior to Project HOPE, Cinira led Mercy Corps’ Mass Markets team, generating over 67% of the agency’s unrestricted revenue through innovative digital and engagement strategies. Her expertise in audience insights, analytics, and research has consistently driven market interest, brand growth, and increased donor engagement.
Cinira’s background includes extensive experience in international development and humanitarian response, with a focus on complex crises, climate change, disaster relief and displacement. She has worked closely with families in programs across Uganda, Thailand, Jordan, the Dominican Republic, China, and Indonesia, connecting donors and supporters with initiatives that create lasting impact.
Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Cinira spent nearly two decades in corporate marketing, communications, and sales. During her time at Qwest Communications, she led the marketing and sales team that launched the company’s first-ever retail channel, opening over 100 stores nationwide. This achievement laid the foundation for her expertise in operations, market strategy, and audience engagement. She later led marketing and business development at SCA Direct, an Omnicom agency, working with major nonprofit clients such as CARE, Defenders of Wildlife, and the Environmental Defense Fund. She also played a key role in AARP’s integrated membership retention program, collaborating across advocacy, brand, fundraising, and product teams.
Cinira holds a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University and has undergone extensive leadership development and change management training. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, guiding organizations through transformational change, and championing impactful initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for individuals, children, and families to thrive.
