Through a collaboration with Good360 and Amazon, the Bethany Kinship Caregiver Respite program has created a better experience for the foster children, parents, and caregivers who need help and support. With the donation of snacks, water, drinks, and decorations, Bethany has been able to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for those participating in their programs. The refreshments offered during supervised and unsupervised visits, may seem like such a small thing, but has helped support events and trainings, reminding caregivers that they are valued and supported.
The toys, books and activities they received were used to provide fun and engagement for children during visits in their “Parenting Time” rooms.
This kind of ongoing support helps support Bethany’s mission to provide unwavering support and a nurturing environment for caregivers and foster parents.
