Jonathon is a veteran of both the corporate and social sectors with over 15 years of experience. Whether managing commercial teams working with B2B customers or scaling the impact nonprofits he has represented, Jonathon has exceeded goals that have driven growth in each setting he has managed.
Prior to joining Good360, Jonathon directed the Social Enterprise Practice at Hanover Research, which worked with nonprofit organizations looking to leverage market research to drive data-driven decision making. What began as a startup practice with a small handful of clients, grew to over 60 community-based and national nonprofit organizations seeking to learn more about how they can measure and scale their impact in just a little over two years.
Before Hanover Research, Jonathon worked for the Harwood Institute for Public Innovation, Meals on Wheels America, the USO and Blackbaud, Inc. in a number of capacities, primarily focusing on fundraising or commercial sales.
Jonathon holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Sport Business degree from the University of Central Florida and lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.
