Before stepping into this leadership position, Lenore held several management roles within Good360, gaining extensive institutional knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development. Her expertise allows her to implement best-in-class HR practices that scale with the organization’s rapid growth. She holds certifications in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies, reinforcing her dedication to building a people-first workplace.
