Following a wave of intense thunderstorms and tornadoes that rolled through the southeast in late January, the death toll stands at 21 with several thousand homes damaged or destroyed. Nonprofit agencies are coordinating on the ground to meet the initial and long-term needs of the several thousand community members that have been displaced or are in need of significant home repairs. Nonprofits looking to register for this disaster click here.
