14 Aug PRESS RELEASE: Good360 Names Supply Chain Veteran and Long-Time UPS Executive, Matt Connelly, CEO
Alexandria, VA, August 14, 2019 — Good360, the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, announced today that Matt Connelly will lead the organization in the role of Chief Executive Officer. Connelly has served on the Good360 board for eight years and has been Co-Chairman for the past four. He joins the executive team at Good360 with 32 years of supply chain and logistics experience, most recently as Vice President, Network Operations at UPS.
During his tenure at UPS, Connelly developed the network strategy and design for the U.S. transportation network and was responsible for the sourcing of purchased transportation. Additional accomplishments included executing multiple contracts with the U.S. Postal Service, and leading the integration of Coyote Logistics, a company acquired by UPS. Connelly also has extensive nonprofit experience, working closely with the UPS Foundation to develop its Humanitarian Relief Program and overseeing all in-kind NGO support globally. Additionally, he has served on the American Red Cross Advisory Council for the past five years.

Howard Sherman will transition from the role of CEO and will become a strategic advisor to Good360. Connelly and Sherman will work closely with each other, the Board of Directors, and Good360’s executive leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
