Direct Truckload Program Application - Good360


 Through our Direct Truckload Program, our nonprofit partners receive special access to incredibly useful items that only come on truckloads. The following application will determine your ability to become a member of this highly valuable program.

Submitting this form is the first step in the application process.   

  • Step 1:  Submit online application 
  • Step 2: Consultation with Manager of Nonprofit Development 
  • Step 3: Submit supporting documentation (if necessary) 
  • Step 4: Final application review  

As a reminder, all truckload members are required to have the following:

  • Storage
    • Own or lease a warehouse of 1,000 square feet or more.
  • Logistical Capability
    • Loading dock and a pallet jack
    • OR fork lift is acceptable in absence of a loading dock.
  • Financial History
    • An annual revenue of $50,000 as reported on the 990 or audited financial statements.
  • 15 months of operation
  • Provide current website/social media page

There is no guarantee that your organization will be approved if you submit an application. All interested organizations must meet the minimum requirements, provide required documentation in a timely fashion, and demonstrate a clear ability to be a good steward of large volumes of product to be officially approved for the program.
