Academics have conducted the studies, research firms have crunched the numbers, and a handful of forward-thinking companies have launched new marketing campaigns targeting younger generations. But just how much of an impact will millennials have on companies in 5, 10, 15 years; especially if companies don’t talk directly to them now?
Based on our findings, the question may be better phrased from a different perspective: how many future customers will companies miss by not focusing on their values now?
