Tempur-Pedic Donation Program

Good360 has partnered with Tempur-Pedic to donate their excess inventory to nonprofit organizations. If your organization’s mission is to serve your members or local community with a place to call home, even temporarily, you should know about Good360’s Tempur-Pedic mattress donations.

WHY WOULD MY ORGANIZATION BE INTERESTED?

Tempur-Pedic high-quality mattresses are resistant to dust mites and bed bugs and are also hypoallergenic. Give the people who need you most a place to go, feel safe and know that they can rebuild for a better tomorrow

Who can benefit:

  • Men’s and women’s shelters
  • Youth shelters
  • Church and summer camps
  • Veterans’ homes and shelters
  • Student housing
  • FEMA housing
  • Fraternity and sorority housing
  • Disaster Recovery

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE DONATION?

Donations can range from Twin, Twin XL, Double and Queen mattresses depending on your communities needs. Full truckloads range from $100,000.00-$138,000.00 in value.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR A DONATION?

A full truckload of mattresses, including shipping to your community, is $7,000.00. If you prefer to pickup a truckload with your own transportation, the admin fee is $3,500.00.

WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS WILL I RECEIVE?

  • Mattresses come wrapped and on pallets, but some will be loose in the truck in order to fill it.
  • Mattresses come with covers, and in some cases the covers will be on a separate pallet and will need to be assembled by the receiving nonprofit.
  • Mattresses require a flat surface or platform (being made of foam they do not work with box springs).
  • Mattresses are resistant to dust mites and bed bugs and are hypoallergenic.
  • The mattresses are flame resistant and comply with the Federal CSR 1633 regulation. The federally mandated tag is attached to the mattress cover.
  • Covers are water resistant.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Truckloads will be filled and released between 1-3 months. Half of the payment will be processed at the time of your request and the other half will be processed at the time of shipment, unless payment is made using debit or check in which it will be collected during checkout process.

Once the order is submitted, it will be approved by Good360 and the donor; the donor will then build the truckload.  Once it is ready to ship, the nonprofit will be notified via email. Within 2 business days from the email, the nonprofit will be contacted directly by the transportation company to schedule the delivery at a time that is convenient for both the donor and the nonprofit.

Are there any limits to how many truckloads I order?

No, there are no limits on numbers of truckloads ordered. Nonprofits are required to give specific distribution procedures within the checkout process.  The donor will have final approval and their approval relies heavily on the security of the distribution process.
