CARQUEST Donation Program

Good360 has partnered with CARQUEST to donate their excess inventory to nonprofits on a consistent basis. Good360 is working with the 31 CARQUEST distribution centers to ensure that this valuable merchandise is used by nonprofits to enhance their missions.

WHY WOULD MY ORGANIZATION BE INTERESTED?

CARQUEST donations are perfect for trade schools and nonprofits who work with vehicles or have their own fleet. Additionally, larger nonprofits who serve a large community may find many of these donations to be items very valuable to the clients they serve.

However, this donation isn’t for everyone as a donation is a broad mixture of almost anything you might find in a CARQUEST store including:

  • Rotors/drums
  • Brake parts
  • Fuel pumps
  • Blower motors
  • Lawnmower parts
  • Wipers
  • Car gauges
  • Oil filters
  • Spark plugs
  • Fuel filters
  • Brake boosters
  • AC compressors
  • Jacks
  • Radiators
  • Belts/hoses
  • Carburetors
  • Chassis
  • Air Fresheners
  • Wheel Weights
  • Leak Detector
  • TPMS Sensors
  • Motor oil
  • Bulbs
  • CV shaft
  • Shocks
  • Window Lift Motors
  • Transmission Filters
  • Hand tools
  • Fuses
  • And more!

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE DONATION?

Donations can range from a few pallets to a full semi-trailer with 24 pallets and the value can be well over $100,000 for a full truckload.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR A DONATION?

There is only a small administrative fee of $25 or $50 (depending on the size) but the donation needs to be picked up so you would incur costs for the truck and volunteers.

WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS?

  • All products need to be “black labeled” OR all barcodes must be removed to prevent re-selling or return of the donation
  • All donations must be picked up within 5 business days
  • Nonprofits receiving a donation need to submit information as to the donation’s impact back to Good360

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN GET A DONATION?

It is important to CARQUEST that their donations go to organizations that can use most of what they receive. To that end, Good360 will need to understand how your organization plans to use and/or distribute these donations before approving.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

If you are interested in receiving CARQUEST donations (and are near a distribution center or would be willing to pay for shipping) fill out the form to the right and someone will get back to you shortly.
