Giving In Kindness in Arkansas, located in Little Rock, strives to help strengthen the community by providing new quality household products to the needy with the help of others. We work with over 100 nonprofit organizations and churches throughout Arkansas to distribute quality name brand household goods to churches and those in need.

Thanks to this donation from Bed Bath & Beyond we were able to distribute throws to homeless families and individuals on the National Day of Service, and the remaining blankets were given to the homeless in downtown Little Rock. These warm throws were distributed during the colder months. With the winter being worse than ever, giving them the throws let them know that they are not forgotten and someone is thinking about them. Everyone who received the throws were overjoyed and very pleased to see that they were new.

There was one man who came through our feeding line with no shoes, no coat, and no proper clothing to protect him from the brutal weather.  All of his belongs got wet from the rain the night before, and he did not have a way to dry them.  After seeing his dire need, we felt compelled to give him a throw blanket due to the harsh weather conditions that night.  He was very thankful to have received the blanket and mentioned he was speechless. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do!  Thank you Good360 and Bed Bath & Beyond for this donation, it was one of the best donations that we have received and they came at the perfect time!
