Tuesday Morning Creates Comfortable Homes For Those in Need

DONATION: TUESDAY MORNING HOME GOODS

LIVES IMPACTED: 30

The mission of Circle of Caring Friends (CCF) in Seattle, WA, is to bring about qualitative changes in society through systematized and purposeful aid. We believe that by combining our efforts, we can resolve seemingly unresolvable problems. Our volunteers work hard on improving the life conditions and health of people in need, and providing humanitarian aid for disabled people as well as ill children and adults.

Our partnership with Tuesday Morning brought in many wonderful donations for the home such as lamps, rugs, and bedding. It has helped so many families in different types of unfortunate life situations. This wasn’t just a material donation, it has helped in emotional ways as well. When you give help to someone at their lowest point, you show them that they are not alone. You give them hope and joy. Nowadays, the world severely lacks in love. Giving back is a good way to prove that love still exists. A little act of kindness at the right moment can give someone a great day.

This donation has helped a mother and her two children, who were escaping an abusive husband. After spending some time in a local shelter, she was trying so hard to get back on her feet. She wanted to ensure her children would have a better future. Without someone’s help, she found it impossible. Thanks to this donation from Tuesday Morning, we helped her start a new life. She received home items such as lamps and rugs. She did not expect to receive such beautiful gifts or so much support. Now, her house will be a little cozier for her family. We thank you, Good360 and Tuesday Morning, for presenting us with this wonderful opportunity to change lives.
