Tempur-Pedic Mattresses Change the Game for Veterans In Need

Toy Box Connection, in Orland Park, IL, serves those in need in our community. We bring them goods that they cannot afford to purchase on their own. We had the privilege of bringing a good night’s sleep to countless veterans that have served our country, women who have been rescued from human trafficking, local families that have lost everything through fire and other tragedies, and homeless individuals. Thanks to a mattress donation from Tempur-Pedic, we were in a position to change the lives of so many people. A good night’s sleep is healing for the body, mind, and soul. It was a powerful project that we will never forget. These mattresses were game-changers for so many in need!

The joy expressed by those who got a mattress was just incredible. One family had not replaced their mattress since 1981! Toy Box Connection will continue to be a moving force of goodness in this world when and where we can. One of our veterans told us that for ten years, he hadn’t had a good night’s sleep. Now with his new mattress, he’s been sleeping peacefully every night! Imagine his story times 200! That is the impact this donation has had on our community.

This project will be one of our most memorable thanks to Tempur-Pedic and Good360. For us, it was a privilege and an honor to help so many. Thank you!
