As many are anxious to go back to “normal” with the increased accessibility to COVID-19 vaccines, medical professionals across the country are still working nonstop to tend to those affected by the virus.

While healthcare workers do not do their jobs for praise, individuals and organizations are eager to find ways to show their gratitude to those on the frontline of this public health crisis. The young women of Girl Scout Troop 2927 in San Diego wanted to find an impactful way give back to their community. Thanks to a donation of Fabletics leggings through Good360 corporate donor, TechStyle Fashion Group, the troop is including the athletic apparel in care packages to give to nurses working in local hospitals and nursing homes.

Troop 2927 member, Anjali, explained her inspiration behind these care packages, “As the oldest member of our Girl Scout Troop, I wanted to take initiative and lead by example in a time where our elderly community and frontline workers needed all the support they could get. The pandemic has left a shadow over all of us and by starting this Packaged With Love campaign I wanted to teach the younger Girl Scouts in my Troop that with acts of kindness and giving together we will make a positive impact.”
