Arkansas Rescuing Unwanted Furry Friends (ARUFF), is a nonprofit located in Benton, Arkansas. Over the years ARUFF has made it their goal to rescue as many dogs and cats facing death in kill shelters as possibleThrough the organization volunteers have helped over 350 animals a year by fostering the pets in their homes. The main goal is to provide a happy and healthy place for our furry friends to live after birth, healing after surgeries or transitioning from an unhealthy environment. Most of the volunteers do not have much themselves and can barely provide enough for their families, so we provide them with warm clothing (T-shirts and winter coats) while they are volunteering. “Thanks to Good360 and our donors we can distribute T-shirts, winter shirts and coats that are ample to keeping them safe and warm, as they help the animals to have the same opportunity”. One couple that works with ARRUFF, Matt and Jerri Sutton have made their volunteer experience a family affair. Matt was injured a few years ago, leading to his unemployment and Jerri suffers with migraines while recovering from a surgery due to carpal tunnel syndromeEven though they have so much going on, they are still dedicated to helping whenever they canThey were so grateful for the clothing during their volunteer hours which kept their family warm this winter season!
