Widow’s Jar Ministries is a charity that was founded by Sandy Van Vlymen and Shelia Puckett in 2004 to provide needed supplies to missionaries around the world. We support people to participate in this ministry through the donation of funds, goods and services. We work with missionaries to help meet the personal and ministry needs necessary to travel the world and we presently service missionaries, the needy and homeless throughout the world through our donated goods.

We maintain a warehouse where missionaries on furlough can come and select items such as luggage, travel bags and personal goods while they are back in the US.  We stock them in our warehouse for missionaries and victims of disaster to come and select whatever they need. The suitcases are a huge treat to the missionaries because they travel the whole year from church to church and are in need of some high-quality travel luggage.

This month, one of the missionaries that we work with stopped by to browse through our inventory after her luggage had been destroyed from the wear and tear of frequent traveling. She currently works in Myanmar and is presently in the US to study their language for future visits.  Two years ago, she lived in China and allowed me to travel with her as she went into homes and taught different families English. It is great to see the good that she is doing, and the feeling we get to help her continue her mission is amazing.  Thank you Good360 and for giving us the opportunity to help missionaries travel efficiently.
