The Boys & Girls Club of Huntington County, located in Indiana strives to ensure that children in the area always have a safe, fun and positive after school environment. We work with children in grades K-12 making sure they have activities, targeted programs and academic opportunities to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This year we had five seniors in the area who are graduating and moving in all different directions. Some are attending college or going straight into the workforce while others are joining the marines. These are huge moments for these children and some of them are making the biggest decisions of their lives, while dealing with personal struggles. Making sure to honor and recognize all the graduates in our program, we try to congratulate the hard work that they have done through our donations. That is why these donations from Eddie Bauer are so meaningful to our cause.

Some of our kids are missing out on basic pleasures, while others do not have any items that they can call their own. One of our graduates disclosed that he’s never had sheets before and has become accustomed to sleeping with one blanket for years. While another graduate has been looking forward to moving out and living on his own with his new sheets, comforter and baggage/luggage. Thank you again to Good360 and our donors for helping us reward the students and end the school year in a positive light!
