Dishwasher Pods Set The Stage At Northlight Theatre

DONATION: THE HONEST COMPANY DISHWASHER PODS

LIVES IMPACTED: 50,000+

Northlight Theatre is a Skokie, Illinois-based professional, nonprofit theater that aspires to promote change of perspective and encourage compassion by exploring the depth of our humanity across a bold spectrum of theatrical experiences. We seek to entertain, enlighten, and electrify our audiences through contemporary dramas, intimate musicals and refreshed classics. Northlight Theatre reflects our community to the world and the world to our community.

We used the donation of The Honest Company Dishwasher Pods in the dishwasher located in our lower level rehearsal space. Dishes are constantly used throughout the rehearsals and runs of each production by the cast, crew, and staff. Like many arts organizations, Northlight operates on an extremely tight budget. Every donation we receive addresses the problem of limited resources and is extremely helpful to our organization.

This donation ultimately impacted every audience member who comes through our doors as any money we don’t have to spend on items like dishwasher pods goes directly to the art on our stage that is enjoyed by over 50,000 patrons each season. Our company manager, Victoria, said, “Donations like this help us stay within our stringent production budgets. There are so many hidden costs to producing a play (like dishwasher pods). Everything we can get donated means more resources directed to the productions.” Thank you Good360 for allowing us to receive this donation from The Honest Company.
