For students who lack proper clothing, going to school can be challenging. In addition to receiving negative attention from classmates, these students may fixate on the condition of what they’re wearing, affecting their ability to concentrate in class.  Jaden Cares, a Good360 nonprofit partner, recognizes that when students don’t feel assured in their appearance, it makes their performance in school suffer.

Thanks to donations provided by Good360 corporate partner Converse, Jaden Cares provided 75 students with brand new sneakers perfect for walking around their school’s campus. The new shoes brought so much joy to the young adults receiving them. Having direct access to quality shoes seemed far-fetched to some students, but now, they beamed confidence from head to toe. Thanks to Converse, the students were also able to refocus their attention on their classes, helping them work towards a successful future.
