As Told to Good360 by Circle of Caring Friends

Circle of Caring Friends (CCF) charity serves individuals, families and groups in need and experiencing hardships, and helping them get back on their feet. Our goal is to bring hope to the hopeless, vulnerable, underserved and overlooked. We serve low income households and foster families, individuals with special needs or disabilities, seniors, veterans, immigrants and others. As a Good360 Community Redistribution Partner (CRP), we receive various goods that we share with individuals and families in need, also with communities and non-profit organizations. Working close with our partners, we are strengthening our communities by creating a safety net for those who are experiencing hardships.

We are currently working with two families with small children who are currently experiencing homelessness and living in their cars. Occasionally they stay in motel for the night, but for the most part they are forced to drive around all night trying to find a place to park where they would not be chased away. Thanks to the Walmart donation, they have warm clothing, sleeping bags and blankets. The donation will help them to stay warm and comfortable at night. Also, when they find a home, their children can play with toys they received and enjoy other household items. And when they go to school, their backpacks will be filled with generous donation of school supplies. Thanks to the Walmart donation, the most vulnerable families in our communities have can sleep at night comforted by kindness and cozy blankets.

On behalf of the CCF team, I thank you, Good 360 and Walmart, for making possible for us to make impact in our communities.
