As told to Good360 by Third Dimension Ministries

Third Dimension Ministries is a nonprofit, public benefit organization located in Inglewood, CA. Our goal over the last 15 years has been to meet the needs of others with care, dignity and compassion. We have been successful in reaching many of the communities that are not always accessible for care through our donations, programs and mentor ship. In November, our Women’s Empowerment Focus Group held a clothing distribution event for the women in the Temecula, CA area in partnership with a top clothing retailer!

These items gave an unbelievable boost to the women’s group and allowed the women to reach others in need of confidence, mentally and physically. Although women are caretakers and providers, many times they fail to treat themselves. Good360 provided the bridge that allowed Third Dimension Ministries to serve the women of the group and community with these high-end items. Women were given shopping bags and asked to make themselves a priority, if just for one hour. The task was difficult for many women, who have never been given such a treat but throughout the day, they began to accept the love that was being extended to them. We have thoroughly enjoyed serving this community of women, as well as connecting other women ministry partners to discuss the change that can be made in the surrounding communities.

One of the womenRenaewas overwhelmed with surprise and felt that she was not worthy of the clothing and accessories due to the price tag. She is a single mother who lives in a converted garage with her son and struggles with several health issues. She is doing everything that she can to provide for her son on her own. With the stress of everyday life, we like to make sure our recipients have mental and physical wellness no matter what their financial status. She was so thankful for these items, and we were so happy to help! Thank you Good360 for your part in giving back to the women in need in our communities.
