Burt’s Bees Donation Empowers Baltimore Women



The MadeIt! Foundation, in Baltimore, MD, aims to provide employment assistance to underemployed, at-risk or low-income individuals in the Greater Baltimore Area. Our goal is to foster a commitment to grow the skills of the emerging employee by providing a variety of employment skills.

Through Good360, we received a donation of Burt’s Bees lip glosses. We used the donation at our Women’s Empowerment Day. We were able to provide low-income women with the gift of confidence! Those women left that event feeling better about themselves and knowing that they had the resources to look and feel their best. They now feel confident going on job interviews knowing they can be their best selves inside and out. We appreciate Burt’s Bees for donating the gift of confidence and beauty.

Marlene, 55, is a recovering addict and currently unemployed. She often struggled with feeling unattractive and lacked the resources to buy beauty products to boost her confidence. Simply receiving the gift of lip gloss and lipstick made her feel so much better about herself. She has an interview coming up and even though this is a small item, it will boost her confidence significantly. Thank you so much!


Shari Rudolph

Shari Rudolph is Chief Marketing Officer of Good360 and is an accomplished retail, digital commerce and media executive with a strong track record of building audience, revenue and brands. Shari’s previous experience includes management consulting as well as various executive and leadership roles at both start-ups and large media and retail e-commerce companies in Southern California, New York and Silicon Valley. She is also an adjunct professor teaching classes in marketing, advertising and entrepreneurial studies and she earned her MBA from The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
