Books Make a World of Difference for Kentucky Town

Christian Appalachian Project was founded in Paintsville, KY more than 50 years ago and is committed to improving the lives of Appalachian children, families, and seniors who are struggling to escape poverty. C.A.P.’s mission is to build hope and transform lives through our service in Appalachia.

The books that we received from Brookes Publishing were distributed to seven organizations throughout our community. This donation was given to schools, churches, community organizations, and other social service programs. Books like these are so important for learning. They were truly appreciated by these communities. We know the books were loved by all. They will make a huge difference in the lives of all who received them as many of these organizations could not normally afford these books. Thank you for all that you have done!
