Beanies Protect Against The Cold For Oregon Youth

Pacific Northwest Adventures 4 Kids is a hunting and fishing guide service for children with disabilities and terminal illnesses. Based in Myrtle Creek, OR, our mission is to take these children on hunting and fishing adventures in a safe and relaxing atmosphere and to create memories that will last a lifetime. At times, we also serve at-risk or low income children and disabled veterans.

We received some wonderful Yea.Nice beanies through Good360. These hats have been distributed to the special needs children we serve who are in need of a warm hat for their outdoor adventures. We have also given them to the family members of these kids, who otherwise would not have had the money to buy themselves a warm hat. This has been an exceptionally cold winter with a lot of snow, so it has been great to have these available.

Pictured above is a young blind boy on one of our retreats. He lives in Montana now, in some severe cold weather. I will soon be sending him and his sister a couple of beanies to keep warm. The kids and their families were so happy to receive the hats. A boy named Brody was thrilled when he got one, exclaiming, “I love beanies! Thanks man!” I allowed him to have a second one since he seems to wear them regularly! Thank you very much, Good360 and Yea.Nice for your generosity.
