Amazon Provides COVID-19 Patients with Household Items

Not By Choice (NBC) Outreach

When the global pandemic first hit, numerous people faced a significant loss of income. As a result, many households had to significantly cut back on spending, some even prioritizing healthcare needs over other necessities.

Not By Choice (NBC) Outreach, a Good360 partner, strives to ensure no family gets left out in the cold by providing food, transportation, and housewares to those who need it most. As the fall season starts, NBC Outreach is committed to giving households the resources they need to make life more comfortable as they prepare for the sicknesses the colder weather brings.

Thanks to a donation of assorted items from Amazon and the Amazon FBA Donations Program, individuals received essential goods at no cost. Recipient Kimmie Thompson perfectly captured how contributions such as these can make an immense difference in a family’s life.

“God bless you. This pandemic took just about all the resources we had. My family and I appreciate you and your people so much,” said Kimmie. “The boxes and bags of goodies did so much for my family and me. I will never be able to repay you. We truly thank you for the packages that were personally delivered to my grandma when she was suffering from Covid-19.”

As everyone is trying to get used to the new normal, these donations from Amazon give families some peace of mind as they stay healthy and take care of their loved ones.
