Unity in Disasters Inc., located in Norcross, GA, is an organization that partners with organizations and agencies to address unmet needs after a disaster. Our mission is to expedite response and recovery time for services and supplies after a disaster for affected communities. Our primary goal is to organize all of the efforts and information for communities by sharing valuable and informative details of every major disaster relief activity and participating collaborations around the globe. We have heard many stories of families not knowing where to get their local source of information, so we pride ourselves in bring relief during troubling times.

The residents of Marion County were affected by Hurricane Florence earlier this year, which left close to 2,000 people in need of basic relief supplies. Thanks to this donation of bedding and linens we were able to provide needed goods to the families that were in the surrounding areas. After all of the media coverage had died down, a lot of families and residents were left without personal items or relief. One of the areas that we served included a South Carolina county with a population of 30,293 who were dependent on shelter and food immediately following the flooding.  We were able to use this donation to provide bedding and comfort for hundreds of people that lost all of their property and belongings due to flooding and water damage. Thank you again Good360 for getting the right goods to us during the right time!
