A Priceless Pillow For Kids in Need

Hope Supply Co. was founded in 1989 as The Hope Foundation for the Homeless.  We serve as a clearinghouse of donated resources for homeless children in North Texas. We provide these children with the essentials that their parents are unable to provide such as diapers, wipes, ointments, formula, food, clothes, and toys. In 2016, we reached approximately 46,000 children with our programs.

We know that having your own pillow is very important for a good night’s sleep. A pillow is priceless to these children, especially since many of them left home with only the clothing on their backs. How do you ask for your own pillow when there are so many other things that you need? This donation was so important to these children. They are finally able to sleep comfortably, which allows them to have more productive and energized days.

The above photo is from a local family violence center who received 100 pillows. The center provides comprehensive services that prevent violence and fully support women, children, and men on their path from fear to safety.  At first they requested 40 pillows but asked for more once they saw the amazing quality. The bed in the photo holds three siblings. Now they have pillows for everyone. This donation was so important and very much appreciated!
